Shan Shui

Away from the hustle and bustle, a well organised space. I asked to sit at the back and was accommodated. My server was Divina, friendly, efficient and kind. I am glad I asked for her opinion- her suggestions were top notch! I ended up having 3 rounds of dimsum and had roll on to the plane 🤣 Hot piping delicious food, excellent service, and great ambience - a hidden gem indeed.

As a asia tourist from Taiwan, it was a good experience for me to have launch here. The food is delicious that is better than more than 90% Asia food that I even to have before, also all of the employees is kindly and friendly, special is Divina that she is friendly to consider and give suggestions to u what may u wnat to have or necessary.

Overall I enjoyed my meal! Ordered the Chef's Spring Onion noodles and the northern dumpling trio. The noodles themselves were cooked well and flavourful if a smudge stuck together. The let down was the topping - bland blanched pak choi and mushrooms, not a good addition to tasty noodles. The dumplings though! The chili oil is DIVINE! Totally saved my pak choi as a nice dipping sauce. Overall will be back next time im in Heathrow!

I love this reastorant in Heatrow. Food is AMAZING, even if I have some intollerances and foot restrictions I always find delicious food. The kindness and welcoming of the staff is a real added value for me. They create such a beautiful atmosphere that it is always a pleasure to stop and have a relaxing break there and the tea...WOW no words to describe it. A special thank you goes to Desislava. Her smile, her kindness, the way she takes care of me and all the other customers this is what every good restaurant should provide, because the human touch makes the difference in a so busy world. I told her I was looking for a chocolate dessert and she spoke with the chef and she got a special thing prepared for me. She absolutely made my day!
