My husband and i had a very enjoyable meal our waitress kayla was polite very knowledgeable and professional she had a very friendly personality and while we chose our food she chatted to us about the area being from Devon we didn't know it very well. Good value for money and will recommend to our friends for a visit in the future.

The staff are very welcoming. Dinesh provided fantastic service during our recent visit to The Globe at Heathrow T5. He was very helpful, professional, friendly and very attentive. He also moved the tables so that our group of four could sit comfortably together. Amazing food with great choice and perfectly prepared. I enjoyed my vegan breakfast. Absolutely delicious. It was a great dining experience in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Clean environment with space for luggage. Good place to have a chat without noisy background. Best customer service I have received by Dinesh. Our special thanks to Dinesh for making our visit to The Globe memorable by giving us superb service. Highly recommended.

Food was exceptional! Calamari rings, crispy ok the outside and tender on the inside. Service only 3 stars as, as expected from a busy airport pub, food was spaced on the table then the waiter ran off, also we weren't checked up upon at all. Could have done with some extra sauce. However the flavour of the food was 5 star. Credit to the chef. If in Heathrow, I would definitely recommend The Globe.

Was expecting a mixed bag due to the reviews but service was fast, food was way better than expected and although more expensive than “the outside world” I thought it was worth the cost. When the food originally came out I thought it might not be enough but the breakfast was just the right amount. I wouldn’t normally have smoked beans, beef brisket or sweetcorn fritters with breakfast and it didn’t really work but it still tasted really, really good.

Staff look after you and make sure you have no allergies. Checked up on how I was doing, but not overwhelmingly. Also recommend places to sit with your baggage. Offer of a small meal before a long flight welcome as can be to much to have a big meal before a long haul flight. Very quite but sure can get busy. Good place to have a chat and a catch up.

I had a flight cancel and had about a 6+ hour wait till my next flight. I was quite tired and sleep deprived to start with and a little bummed about the turn of events. So i set out to find a spot to camp and bide the time. And the staff, particularly Reduoane, were so sympathetic and attentive to me, especially upon hearing of my circumstances. They were very accommodating to what I was after and were very efficient with their service, and just overall very kind. I messaged a friend saying I felt like a princess. Literally flipped my day upside down for the better 😊. Even though I’m still a little sleep deprived I feel like I’m in a better place to tackle the remainder of my wait. So thank you The Globe Heathrow staff. You made my day :)
