Just found this place (recommendation). Fabulous coffee, Caprese salad and artwork. Sadly on Old Shoreham Rd but cannpark free 1 minute’s walk away in Homebase Carpark - free. I’ll be back!

THE best child friendly cafe around. Sadly I've moved now but I was so glad to have this nearby. Clean, well designed and a relaxing place to spend some time, have a coffee and a bite to eat. Stylish too and not just for those with kids with funky modern art on display. Melissa is welcoming and thoughtful and it was a pleasure to visit Monella on many occasions with my little boy. There are toys, a trampoline, a sand pit and a lovely sun trap terrace garden. A little gem.

An excellent discovery this, an Italian cafe with a quirky twist. Superb coffee and I really enjoyed trying the Italian pastries with it, chocolate in puff pastry for those with a sweet tooth, but the lemon in filo pastry was my favourite treat here.

Early days for this little shop. The welcome is so friendly and the coffee is as good as it comes. Some tasty little pastries as well. Local mums will love the child friendly garden out the back where the young ones can safely entertain themselves while mum grabs a well deserved coffee break. I've taken my two Labradors in and they too have been made to feel welcome with a warm greeting and a cheeky dog treat. I hope the lack of immediate parking doesn't affect business as this little gem of a local business deserves to be really successful. Wayne

Very friendly and unpretentious family run cafe with some interesting decor and art work too. The lady who runs it was very kind to our young son and her daughter was helping out before she went off to school which was lovely we thought. Coffee was very good as was the sausage sandwich we had and prices are very reasonable for the area. I think they're in the process of renovating the garden which will be a lovely bonus touch if so.

Cafe is located about eight to ten minutes walk north east of Aldrington Rly Station near to Sackville Road. I had a coffee only, which was reasonably good. The staff are welcoming. I ate no food, but the breakfasts smelt appetising and the diners said that they found them good. Customers order at the counter and the food is brought to the tables by the staff. There are some long wooden tables & benches outside on decking at the back. The men;s toilet was clean when I used it.

This is a really nice spacious cafe I met a friend for breakfast on a cold winter's morning and couldn't have asked for a cosier spot It was during the working week and the other people were mainly mum's with young children, people working on laptops or having informal meetings The decor is very cool, the Dyson fighter jet on the ceiling made me smile They have a large trampoline in the garden area which will be great for children in warmer weather

Superb coffee, Didn't try the food but looked good from others. Was a quick pit stop on my travels, the staff were fantastic and the vibe / style / decor really called to me. My kind of coffee shop!

Homely, friendly modern cafe with wide range of quality food & drinks at reasonable prices. Very clean. Appreciated the rear garden space on a warm sunny day. Availability of toys etc for children was a nice added touch in the garden. Will return when have reason to be in the area again.
