Loved eating here on my visit to the UK, very healthy options with good size portions. You can get a salad off the menu or make your own. I opted to make my own, pic below. You can also get protein smoothies
Had the best brunch with my friend and our babies. Hard to settle with two buggies but we managed. Food was amazing. Staff great and helped me with order cause i wanted some changes. Healthy food reasonable price.
I've been there a couple of times. I like the food. The staff has little knowledge of what's gluten free but they're friendly. The music is annoying, not a good atmosphere to eat. Open plan counter means you'll hear blenders etc.

I’ve visited here 4 times now, each time enjoying a variety of their breakfast & lunch menu. The food tastes amazing, full of flavor, fresh and generous portions.
Counter staff are friendly and happy to answer questions, flexible to swap ingredients around to suit dietary requirments and there seems to be something for most healthy diets.
Only one comment is that although it’s listed as open until 3pm this is not strictly true. IMO if your open until 3pm, food should be available until then and once you’ve closed at 3pm, then start packing away and cleaning down.
(Its frustrating to pay for parking and walk in at 2:30pm to discover everything’s unavailable)
That being said Eat Naked at Body Fuel is an asset to Church Road and I hope it sticks around and continues to flourish!
Staff are super friendly and very kind. Food is always good and it’s a go to for lunches for our entire office. So lucky to have healthy options that taste great too!

Affordable, delicious and healthy food. The smoothies are also incredible and use interesting ingredients, very friendly staff too.
