We visited during Brighton Marathon - very busy but seated straight away. Service was good - food took a little longer than I would normally have waited but that's understandable. Food was excellent - one of the best breakfasts I have had in a while. Great selection of food and drinks as well. Would definitely go back.

Brighton & Hoves Rusts are great. Excellent coffee and great food! Next to try the Kemptown one. The Brighton one is my "local" as I work close to it.... but they are all great coffee shops

Great salads - lots of variety and good size portion. Personally not a fan of their hummus - think it is overly flavoured with turmeric

We decided to eat here on a Sunday morning. Great location with tescos car park opposite if you're driving. Nice walk up George street and find Cafe Rust. It has a really nice quaint and elegant decor. There is seating throughout the ground floor and also upstairs to include outside. We sat outside and we were close to the door. It was a windy day and the door kept banging open and closed quite sharply. There was a toddler wondering near the door and it was an accident waiting to happen. Other than that I loved the cafe. It was really busy for a Sunday morning, we hadn't booked so we were lucky to be seated quite quickly and we're happy to keep our coats in as we were seated outside. The food was lovely, really nice flavours and lovely coffee too. I would return to this place

We sat upstairs outside, roof top vibes and it was so nice. Really friendly staff and the best Welsh Rarebit I've had in a considerably long time. Good coffee too.

5 stars breakfast, we always pass over there and we gave a chance today and was amazing.. First the AMAZING waitress showed us upstairs and we decided to stay outside cus the sun was shinning 😅 and she was very sweet. Coffe and drink just normal, but food OMG. FULL BREASKFAST simply fantastic, baked beans super tasty, bacon crispy, eggs running, I can't define in words just go and try. I'll come back definitely.

Lovely interiors. Nice strong coffee. I sat inside on the ground floor. I found the service a bit slow, however coffee was good and strong and the food was very lovely. I had the eggs florentine which was very tasty, lovely poached eggs. There is a nice ambience in this cafe, but if you are needing a quick eat, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s the place to relax, chill, and have a leisurely breakfast/brunch.
