There's pub grub, there's gastro pubs and then there's Tisbury's Kitchen. Sumptuous and stuffed at the same time, definitely a rarity in Brighton.
Had the Slow Cooked Pork Belly and the depth of flavour was quite simply astonishing and the tatties done to perfection. This really is restaurant quality food in a proper boozer.
