Loved the feel of the whole place the food was gorgeous and piping hot , staff were so friendly and professional , we will definitely be returning for another meal , I've already posted onto my Facebook page all about how we felt and told all my friends it's a definitely the place to go locally for a great meal .
Go the four sons quite a lot and NEVER had a fault with anything, but last night's fillet steak was absolutely Devine, it was cooked to perfection and the homemade chips, veg & sauce ........ plus Chloe the young waitress was so lovely, plus Cam & his staff........ will always recommend the Four Sons..... thanks guys

Absolutely fantastic tomahawk steak … cooked perfectly 👌🏻 , and reasonably priced . Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

Great place for lunch. Seemed quite full on Thursday lunchtime but did not have to book. Excellent food. Tried the lamb curry and the fish and chips. Make sure you take an appetite 😉.

Carvery roast beef followed by lemon meringue pie. Only criticisms are cutlery related. In common with most places nowadays the knives are almost useless. Couldn't even cut perfectly cooked cabbage. Potatoes and vegetables served in tureens didn't have serving spoons provided. However the food was so good that I would have accepted a few more slipups and still given maximum stars. 4 of us had 1 course, 2 of the 4 of us had 2 courses and all had 2 drinks each for £88. Absolutely top value.
We ate here last night, to say they were short staffed the service was spot on! The food was absolutely delicious, We can highly recommend the Onion bhajis, pate, lasagne and the best was the smoked cheese stuffed chicken breast wrapped in parma ham nicely washed down with the best kept Coors in the area. Top marks for the staff working on the night, Cam, Rhainnon and Carl (chef) we will definitely be back soon
Very welcoming pub with a great friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious, portion sizes very good and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be going again soon.
Couldn't fault anything, friendly attentive staff. Huge portions, Couldn't have eaten more than one course. Only a suggestion - offer smaller portions!
On the 7/8/2023 after my mother in laws funeral we attended The Four Sons we had as usual a buffet that can only be described as OUTSTANDING I would gladly recommend attendance at The Four Sons as everything was perfect.
