Tried our first order this week and as someone who absolutely loves to cook i am always sceptical about meal prep buying it in as most of it even though it states is fresh is actually quite tasteless and almost tastes processed..
This week I knew we had a lot on so pREP was a great solution to keep us fuelled but eating healthy too..
I have to say the food has been great so tasty, fresh packed full of flavour and filling too..
The hubby has eaten most of the meals and has given a big thumbs up.
The Chilli went down a treat along with the fish dishes.. The chicken was so tender and tasty too.

These meals are very tasty and good quality. I buy them because the portion size is just right. It helps remind me to eat correctly.

Was in Huddersfield briefly. Heard about the place, so thought I'd give it a go.
The meal was filling and I didn't feel blotted or heavy afterwards.
This was the second company I’ve used. Living on my own trying to loose weight they didn’t disappoint!! The meals are great size portions and really tasty. So easy and fresh I would highly recommend!!!
I've been ordering for a couple of weeks now and the meals are amazing and just remove the need for me to have to stress during my work week. They're so tasty my husband was jealous and jumped on the band wagon with me from week two and now he's loving them too.
Great place to get a bite to eat. Recommended by a friend, I decided to check it out. I had a chicken pasta meal... very nice, tasty, recommended.

The wait for my food was a little longer than I was expecting but, this was due to the food being freshly prepared... well worth the wait

Great variety and very friendly staff
Very good healthy food I had it for almost two months after that when I started eating from fast food restaurants my stomach did accept the food. Which shows that this food is 100% health I will start after the exams eating for it only . Love it 👍🏻
