Pick up a weekly order from Penistone market (various bread, tea cakes, sausage rolls and whatever else I’m tempted by) and have never been disappointed. Always fresh, tasty and offering a varied selection of high quality items

Always look forward to Thursday and Saturday on Penistone Market. The cakes, bread, pastries are just superb. Their currant slice is packed full of currants; their quiches are delicious. The staff are very helpful , friendly and obliging, which is a big plus in this day and age. Have no hesitation in recommending them.
Absolutely delicious bread. Their cheese infused loaf is to die for (especially toasted so the cheese melts)! And phenomenal customer service from the owners. They are the main reason we go to Penistone Market on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Been picking up fresh sourdough and Focaccia from these at Penistone market for the past few months. Absolutely, smashing, I've even got my parents that live in Brighouse hooked!!
The people are super nice and welcoming I look forward to every Saturday and I always love it I get the Cornish pasty and my dad gets a pork pie and they are absolutely delicious
I highly recommend Old Bridge Bakery. Their deep filled pies are amazing. We have tried several of the flavours so far. All very tasty and for only £ 3 each. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great products!
A fantastic bakery, I go far and wide looking for a bakery of this quality, bread for everybody's taste, Sour Dough's are by far my favourite especially the flavoured ones (rosemary and smoked garlic) are to die for, made with natural yeast.
The range of cakes and specialty patisserie available is amazing again my favourite is Pear and Almond Tart and I was promised there's more to come. I'll be waiting
I found staff very polite and knowledgeable of all the products on sale, a great range of hot and cold sandwiches always made fresh. Very well presented too.

Got the take away afternoon tea for a socially distant tea party for our daughter's birthday and it was brilliant! Really tasty and loads of it. We'll definitely do it again.
