Got the order right, bit of a pain having to go park up and wait for the order and not a good idea to give out the drinks and not the food, if foods not ready then park customers up and bring “everything “ out at the same time. Never had any food from here that has been nice and hot,always just “warm” and soggy fries

Not bad been a few times for kids but on click and collect make sure you check your order and not drive home to find out your missing the kids meals and have to drive back for them to come home and took into your now freezing cold burger and chips

Okay … McDonalds is McDonalds … service was okay … we sat outside but the table was dirty so we asked someone to clean it. A young staff member came out, sprayed cleaning liquid over me and my relative then wiped the table and left. Only thing was … the dried sticky mess on the table was still there.
Need to mention that there was a lovely guy in a hi-vis jacket that offered to help us with something else. Maybe the more mature staff understand customer service more !!!

Very busy but was able to order quickly using the screens. They do have table service which I used when ordering a couple more items and will use again as this was more efficient. One staff member was tidying and cleaning continuously bless her and did a good job of which I told her this. Granddaughter loved her visit. Highly recommend the iced caramel frappe with whipped cream £3.51 it is so nice.
