Great place.
Good food.
However for the Mac n Cheese, it would be better if the extra chicken, bacon and bbq sauce were to come in a different bowl not on top of the Mac n Cheese.
Loved the food.

Had the medium carvery. Everything cooked to perfection. Lots of choice. Full of flavour. Lovely atmosphere. Pleasant staff.
Definitely recommended.

We had the carvery and it was delicious. Great value for money and all of the food was piping hot, well seasoned and absolutely delicious. All of the staff were friendly and I loved the Halloween decorations and costumes being sported. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a lovely breakfast. Service was great, staff were friendly and attentive, good atmosphere and yummy food. Great views across the marina. Thank you. ☺️

We visit the wacky playhouse on a regular basis and I can honestly say its one of the best we have been too.
The staff are always friendly and polite and the kids menus are very reasonably priced

Best steak ever! It's our go to place when in need of a steak, and fri was one of those days. Our praise and thanks to the chef was passed to her....I'm sorry I can't remember the chefs name, but she sure knows how to cook a great steak!

Having been here a few times now, I really do enjoy coming here. This should have been an easy five-star, but unfortunately, it lacks the fifth star due to the plates not being cleaned properly.
FOOD IS EXCELLENT!

The food was lovely, my daughter had children's size carvery and we had 3 sharer dishes wich were very nice but a little small, prices were good only disappointment was that the children's play area is separate and children can only go in accompanied by adult and cannot take your drink in there, we had to wait for half hour after our food for a space to get in.
Update Went back a couple of weeks later to have the carvery on a Sunday, the queue was very long ,everything was very nice accept the beef was extremely tough and chewy, gammon was excellent, very disappointed that there wasn't any Brussel Sprouts like they had when we visited previously mid week, we will definitely be coming back but just probably not on a Sunday again .staff were also very friendly and attentive even though it was busy

Fabulous carvery but why do you use cheap condiments? Horseradish sauce is like water and such a shame as the produce on the carvery is excellent. Team hanging around the reception area is frustrating when there is a queue at the bar and only one serving with 5 (2 clearly management) loitering at the entrance. Could be a great experience instead of a mediocre one. Food great

I visited for the first time and both of us chose the carvery. Chef Steve certainly knows his stuff - the fayre was fantastic, and there is no doubt that we could have gorged ourselves silly. Extremely well cooked, prepared and presented. To top it off, his staff are super too, with a special mention to Sak who was an excellent host! Will I be back? Heck, yes!
