First visit and won't be the last even though not local since was very enjoyable. Food very good indeed and in this day and age good value. The drinks we had were also at good prices. Being a Sunday we both had the roast turkey at £10.75. Beef option was same price and half a chicken option available also. It has to be said that the roast dinner was really good. From the vegetables to the Yorkshires, they were cooked perfectly. The staff were all very good and efficient.
This is the first time visiting and we will definitely be back again soon. Great service, great food and a great atmosphere. Very spacious and family friendly, the children were kept entertained with the colouring pads provided. Thank you for a great dining experience for such a great price too.
Good welcome, beer (Pedigree) was first class as usual, and the food was excellent. Decent value for money. Seems the place is being well run now, and I noticed a few personnel changes since we last visited a few months ago.

Had a really lovely welcome and service from Nick, who took care of us for the evening and thanks to the ladies at the bar, even better introducing me to rhubarb and ginger gin with ginger ale... Never going back to tonic with that again!

We came for a meal prior to the carnival. Booking was easy and the table was ready when we arrived. Good choice of menu, pizza was a lovely surprise to see. My husband and son both had these and said it was lovely.
Only point I would make us the rugby was on where we were sat and it was very loud.
Very good food this time. I had large fish and chips. My friend has Southern Fried Chicken Burger with fries. Good size portions. Reserved table beforehand.
Won a voucher at a local fete, and decided to use it the day it was delivered to us. We managed to book our table about half an hour before we arrived (couldn't plan in advance as we had to be elsewhere earlier in the evening). Table was ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of staff about. We ordered starters and mains and both arrived really promptly, and were well cooked with good portion sizes. There was a good range of choice in the menu. We might have had desserts but were too full! The pub was busy but tables were clean and there was plenty of staff. We will be back!

We had friends from out of the area with us for lunch. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt welcomed, comfortable and looked after! The girls were friendly and efficient. We sat and enjoyed our drinks at a nice table in the window before our food arrived.
The food and plates were hot and the food was excellent! We really must come more often.

This is a great place to take our granddaughters. They like the food and the toy machines especially the crane machine which everyone wins a small toy. Our smallest person of two years loves their pizza made by Duain, there is never any left and won't share hahaha. The Sundays are a big treat for us all. If you have grandchildren take them here, staff are always helpful and bring colouring paper and pencils
