Great venue, very understated and minimalistic but course, changing rooms and hospitality all top notch with views to die for.

A must for any golfer...
I hate that they’re calling it Cabot Highlands on Google now. This is actually the Castle Stuart golf course. It is a fantastic course! The scenery is beautiful, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and they have a great clubhouse with amazing views. It helped that the weather was perfect, and I played pretty well, but I just loved it here.
If you come to the Highlands you must play this course. This is how golf should be. Course is in superb condition ( well done to the staff) The location is breathtaking, almost every hole has a view of some kind. The staff were quite simply amazing, catering for all needs. Congratulations to all of the staff for making us feel special.👍
I am so glad that I chose to play this course. I had read the reviews, which were spot on. My caddie, Callum, provided historical details, which were well appreciated. I'm a 13 handicap and felt this was a very forgiving course, with wide fairways. The course was in excellent condition and the view amazing. I was warmly greeted in the pro shop.
Had the most wonderful time playing golf at Cabot highlands. Clubhouse and facilities were top notch, great short game area and the staff to match with it.

This is Castle Stuart Golf Links course. Cabot bought it 2 yrs ago and started to rename it to Cabot Highlands. Anyway, we played here on Sept 2nd 2023 as part of our annual golf trip with friends.
The course was in fantastic condition. Majority of the holes are running parallel to Moray Firth waters. The front 9 are lower level, right next to water. The other are on the hill ... wind becomes a factor. We played from the Green tees (132 slope rating). Caddie experience was fantastic.

Just returned after 2 days golfing and what an amazing golf course and experience. I cannot ever recall reaching for a camera to take so many pictures of golf holes and the surrounding vista. The condition was superb and at every point of the time you spend at the club the customer service is so genuine and outstanding. We stayed in the farmhouse just a few mins walk from the course. I can only give a maximum of 5 stars although I was looking for a 6 star option. If you are thinking about golf in Scotland put this down as a MUST play and I look forward to seeing and playing the new adjacent course in the coming years.

Cabot Highlands is absolutely amazing brilliant scenery and the course conditions are first class. The welcome you get from start to finish is flawless. I can't wait to return.
Played golf at the Castle Stuart course. Incredible views. American style links course with well manicured fairways and fast greens. Challenging but fair course. Nice 19th hole ad well. Had a cracking good time.
Went out as a two ball, lucked out with the weather in mid May. Course was in incredible shape, open off the tee but challenging around the greens. Excellent treatment by staff, recommend the replay for those debating whether to play one or two rounds. Food was also excellent post round. Will be back, and looking forward to playing other Cabot courses.
