Excellent management and a great place to have a drink on the waterfront. Food is good quality and well priced. For some reason I got served an otherwise great posh fish finger sandwich [Cod goujons in ciabatta] on garlic bread??? Which was a bit odd! But beer is well priced, and service is fast and the place is clean, friendly, safe and a great venue👍

Great bar. Wheelchair ♿️ friendly. We didn't eat but all the meals that came out looked amazing, large portions, pub grub. Some good gluten free options that I could have gone for. Went on a Sunday afternoon for the live music by Undercover, they were excellent. Brilliant classic rock. Loved the courtyard which is perfect in nice weather.

Another lovely full English at Isaacs Coffee Tavern. Open from 8am every morning.

We visit here quite a bit when we visit Ipswich. They serve all drinks in plastic glasses which you get used to.
Service is good especially when it's match days.

Very happy to have stumbled onto this lovely bistro. Quite unassuming from the outside but cosy and stylish inside, just what we needed on a drizzly Feb day.
We just wanted a light lunch and luckily the brunch menu was still available. We both went for the club sandwich and a side of triple cooked chips to share. Absolutely delicious, and the fact the bread was soft foccaccia made it much easier to eat!

Fantastic place, show Sports which is a bonus. Food was fantastic for the money (not cheap or expensive). The only odd thing is the staff don’t give you cutlery/napkins etc and instead point you to where they are. Most other places would bring cutlery etc to the table.
Also there’s signs all over the place telling you to order via their website. Said website was down and I had to order at the bar. When I told the girl at the bar the website was down she said they do it on purpose on a Saturday which is fair enough but it wouldn’t take long to take those signs down on a Saturday instead of me bashing my phone thinking it was that for 10 mins.

Came here for breakfast Wednesday the 21st. My car was in for a repair so i thought I would walk to the water front. Isaacs looked beautiful. I wanted to see what it was about. Ordered a full English and sat outside in the sun watching the boats and the commuters. Peaceful, stayed there a couple of hours until my car was ready and I must say it’s such a lovely, well presented and perfectly situated establishment. Will definitely go there again :)

Isaacs is a very good place, both for a drink and for dinner. Friendly and fast service, plus live music on weekends. We ordered steaks and were not disappointed. I recommend.
