Went for a Pizza Huts Lunch Buffet. Seemed slightly short staffed but was coping well. Buffet was topped up quickly and regularly. Only issue would be it would be nice to have signs saying what each pizza was, not an issue for me but maybe worth thinking about.
Like that they do online ordering which speeds up service.

Overall the experience with my daughter was positive when we visited for the buffet. The only complaints I have were over the selection of pizzas and the frequency with which they refilled the pizza bar. The food was lovely as always, good pizza, salad bar was fresh and had plenty of selection. The experience was somewhat tainted by a group of diners sat near us who wouldn't stop cursing and being vulgar despite being seated near three other tables that had children and the staff seamed reluctant to say anything to these customers. That however doesn't detract from the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Will definitely dine here again.

On arrival we were recognised and greeted quickly, dealt with and shown to our table quickly and whilst walking to it asked if we were ‘ordering through the app?’ I just replied yes immediately as I knew it would give us a little more time to decide without the staff being pressured to serve us sooner. We perused the menu and made our order online and it was a doddle (great job with the app by the way - really smooth operation) paying was also seamless with options a plenty just so simple. We were brought our bowls and glasses and told whereabouts to select our drinks and where the salad bar was. Your staff were polite patient and did not hang around which we thought was nice just allowing us to go up and get our own salad and drinks in our own time with no hurrying. Our mains arrived shortly after and we was like ravenous cave dwellers but extremely satisfied in next to no time. The tables and floor was clean and the whole place looked really nicely presented.

Exactly what you would expect, good food, fantastic staff and a friendly atmosphere. Staff took their time to ensure that our large party had the best deal from their in house offers and our personal reductions from the AA.

After a Friday night race in Felixstowe my partner son and I were hungry and decided to grab something on the way home. We came off the slip road at Ipswich and saw signs to Pizza Hut. I use to love Pizza but but was reluctant as the last few I have been to have been awful but then we hadn’t tried this one so thought “we’re hungry let’s just try it”.
The manager welcomed us and sat us to a table and explained everything clearly with regards to using the app and it was lovely to even see him out on the floor cleaning tables and sweeping, getting involved.
Our waitress was Clare and she was fantastic. Very friendly and making sure everything was ok for us. The service was brilliant. The food was cooked to perfection and hot. The toilets were clean and it was just the most enjoyable experience we have had in a long time.
Best Pizza Hut by far. Thank you x

I liked the digital ordering via qr code. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond. The food quality was great, and came out quickly, with a well stocked salad bar.

Went today for the buffet and having visited many different pizza huts in my time I have to say that this has been the best service ever. Our server Patricia was amazing

After a busy day at work it's great to take the family for dinner.
You can use Blue Light discount if you work for NHS (25% off dine in and 50% off takeaway).
Be aware that there is a 2HR limit on the car park that you have to abide by or get a ticket.
You order from your table using the QR code on your table. If you have any issues they will help you.
We went for the vegan stuffed crust peperphoni and the free salad bar. They actually mucked our order up and gave us vegan pizza with regular cheese in the stuffed crust. They noticed, told us, redid the pizzas and offered us a free dessert at the end to apologise for the delay.
The salad bar has lots of vegan stuff on and a n allergy chart of you're not sure. The only non vegan sauce is the blue cheese one! And the 'bacon' bits are great.
Great customer service and I really appreciate the free dessert gesture. :)
