Great atmosphere, good food, well priced. Change in ownership and decor is a delight.. Good venue for a relaxed meal watching the river at work. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Always a pleasure to see the Restaurant full with returning patrons, which was never the case under the previous ownership.
Our first visit since Riverside took on its new owners, new look & new menu. Very impressed menu offers a good range of food. Not over priced. Lava stone steaks are lovely & you can't complain about how they are cooked! The burgers & pizzas don't appeal to me particularly but they seem popular. Staff are lovely especially Sainey for whom nothing is too much trouble. We will be back soon.

He cannot be traced.. must be the opposition...as they say.. if you cannot beat them .. slander them.
Riversides full menu is always freshly cooked to order and now served in a clean refreshed restaurant and bar. The company has spent £30,000 on the well needed refurbishment and work commences soon on the outside decking area ready for the summer.
The menu is designed for everyone... not the few, the food is edible, the staff are polite and there is always a warm welcome... what more do you want.
Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, amazing service, nice variety of drinks AMAZING VIEW. Would very highly recommend. Don't miss out on this superior amazing restaurant. If you haven't been you haven't lived.

Went for lunch with me mum, very reasonable prices and the food is excellent.
More pub lunch than fine dining, which is absolutely fine.

The food was very nice and the waitress/barperson was wonderful she managed a full restaurant on her own. Everyone left happy and full. She deserves a medal.
Beautiful setting and lovely food. Good sized portions which were value for money.
