The Queens Head is a firm favourite if our family. It is dog friendly and both the food and the beer are first class. If we have anybody visiting we always come here. The Landlord and Landlady are warm and welcoming as are the locals. The Sunday roast is home cooked and it is best to call and reserve a table if possible.

First visit, as I was curious. Tricky location to get to and rear car park quite tight for space. Other than that I would thoroughly recommend this out of the way little gem. Thursday evening, the place was pretty full of punters, either just drinking or there for a meal. We ate and all enjoyed our well cooked but simple fare... Beers well kept and not your ordinary, common brands - a huge thumbs up to Steven and his staff.. You sure know how to run a pub 👍🍻🍻
