Exactly what you'd expect from a small KFC branch. Great food servers reasonably fast.
I'd avoid ordering takeaway through the website since my payment went through but never received the order so had to replace and repay in store. But that's the KFC website and nothing to do with the branch functionality itself.
Probably the best KFC in Ipswich, it's a shame they don't have a drive thru
Good quality chicken, staff in here always try their best even though often short staffed. Can get very busy at peak hours would recommend either an early or late dinner for faster service.
Well worth downloading the KFC Colonels club app as there are many offers on there and the more times you go the better offers/freebies you receive!
I only go there for on a Tuesday for the 599,9 bits of chicken. Absolutely lovely cheap meal

Always clean and smelling tasty, staff have always been polite and fair, quick service, well thought out foot plan, lovely
We saw the tv ad about the ‘Double Dinner Deal for £6.99’ and went straight there yeh boi. The staff member greeted us with a nice smile and was really chirpy. We was served very quickly and waited just a few moments for our order to be ready.
The place was clean the staff were all friendly and we got a quality deal - what more can you ask for?
10/10 definitely recommend this KFC restaurant.
Always served straight away on our lunch break. Only one guy there at the back is friendly. The others are not very approachable but overall service is good and quick and food okay, not as good compared to the other one though.
Cameron was very fast to serv and and knew the information we needed when ordering as I forgot what burger we wanted with the hasbrown, drinks were made fast and food was shortly served after.
