Arrived approx 11:30, carpark was full, but could use the overflow one.
Ordered tea and coffee, which both were piping hot. Excellent service from the till and serving staff, seemed to be running like a well oiled machine!
Plenty of free tables upstairs, some tables had previous customers cups etc but these were quickly cleared and tables cleaned. Lovely couple of hours. Didn't try any cakes or food so cannot comment on those.

Nice place to meet friends for a coffee and chat. Food hall is clean, well presented and has a variety of foods on offer. There are interesting products in a separate section e.g soft furnishings and gifts.

Absolutely delicious breakfast, beautiful view and cosy atmosphere. Not our first time we will definitely be back. £40 for 2 breakfasts & 2 drinks does seem pricey but for us it was a treat and we were not disappointed.

This is a great place for meals or snacks and all the extra special food items and gifts you might like. It even has a place to buy plants and outdoor bits. Very impressive and excellent quality all round 👌

The Food Hall was wonderful. The shops inside were top notch. Such a fantastic place to visit.
The cafe was lovely, although there was quite a wait before you got served, the food was awesome.
I will be visiting again very soon.

Wonderful selection of food and Christmas gift ideas. Bought some unusual baubles for the tree and delicious bread.
Lunch in the restaurant was a bit touch and go. The food was tasty but we had to wait over 30 minutes for the desserts which left a lot to be desired as none of them were complete I.e. something on the menu missing from each dessert.
Shame as if they were perfect it would have finished the meal nicely.

Great shopping experience for all the family. Many a great gift to purchase here.
Great locally sourced food.
You can also bring your Mutt. Although dogs are not allowed inside. But there is plenty of outdoor space with the Shotley quay walk being connected. A little expensive but you'd kind of expect that.
