Good and quick service, friendly and kind staff.
This branch of Costa is set in a great location in the centre of Ipswich, plenty of seating if you choose to sit in with your coffee and a speedy service if you choose to take away.
The staff are always so friendly and chatty, maybe because I'm a regular customer, but it's always nice to be served by someone with a smile on their face.
They have a great selection of coffees, cold drinks, good quality savoury food (hot and cold) and cakes all on display and at reasonable prices.
Good disabled access with only a slight ramp and double doors to enter/exit and plenty of room once inside.
Lovely Costa, nice staff all happy to serve and help, drinks made with care and good quality. mango frappe was a 10/10. Definetely recommend.

The cafe is stylish and super clean.
I really enjoyed the music they were playing even though I am an oldie.

Toilets are kept very cleaned
One of the better Costas; experienced staff are 'on it' so service is pretty fast and usually correct. It can get pretty busy, so check there's a table if eating in.
Usual quality Costa. Can get busy and small number of staff and tills can impact service time, but nice place to stop when her the butter market.
It does not Costa lot. So pay a visit. I recommend the Costa on Westgate Street . North Gatestreet in Ipswich
We use this cafe at least once or twice a week. The staff are helpful, friendly & as efficient as they can be in this difficult time. They have a very small area to work in due to distancing restrictions but still manage to do a great job & remain happy & smiling. I always take advantage of using the toilet facilities & have found them to be clean & well serviced. I like my coffee hot & fresh that's what I get when I visit THIS Costa. The staff should be congratulated on their performance.
