I do not leave many reviews but have to say I had a lovely visit today to Queen Street Costa. The staff here, over the years, have always been polite and friendly. I walk past quite a few cafes to get here! The vegan selection is ace! I had an oat cappuccino and the Bosh! Choccy slice. When plant based tastes this good, why not be hey? The cafe is stylish and super clean. I really enjoyed the music they were playing even though I am an oldie.

We use this cafe at least once or twice a week. The staff are helpful, friendly & as efficient as they can be in this difficult time. They have a very small area to work in due to distancing restrictions but still manage to do a great job & remain happy & smiling. I always take advantage of using the toilet facilities & have found them to be clean & well serviced. I like my coffee hot & fresh that's what I get when I visit THIS Costa. The staff should be congratulated on their performance.

This branch of Costa is set in a great location in the centre of Ipswich, plenty of seating if you choose to sit in with your coffee and a speedy service if you choose to take away. The staff are always so friendly and chatty, maybe because I'm a regular customer, but it's always nice to be served by someone with a smile on their face. They have a great selection of coffees, cold drinks, good quality savoury food (hot and cold) and cakes all on display and at reasonable prices. Good disabled access with only a slight ramp and double doors to enter/exit and plenty of room once inside.
