Best costa in Ipswich! Young lady with blonde hair and tattoos on her arm is an absolute credit to your business. She remembers my drink everytime, does out of her way to greet me even when she’s super busy. The coffee is great and can tell it’s made with care. It’s clean and well looked after. Sorry I haven’t caught her name yet but she makes me feel so welcome that I feel like I’m visiting a friend every morning. Thank you!

Friendly staff & decent coffee, but management need to increase staffing levels. They’re rushed off their feet here, queues are out the door. I really feel for the employees.

Very disappointed as no mention of the 2 minute silence as 11/11.

Family of four for breakfast today, 9.30am and no que, Great. There is hand sanitizer but if there is a que it's past the point where you would need to touch the car reg input screen so could do with some there. Food was lovely and service was fast great start to the day.

I think they've managed Covid requirements well; the space was clean and tidy, not crowded, 2m marks on floor and hand sanitiser available. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the staff lack of knowledge misinformation. While I appreciate the staff being cautious, it was not the correct information. I found the information, from the Costa Twitter, yet it was unavailable to the staff. Just incase you're wondering- the hot chocolate is vegan aslong as you order it with non-dairy milk, no cream & no choc sprinkles (not sure on the choc sprinkles) :)

I don't usually visit coffee shops as I find them quite expensive and I'm not that keen on hot drinks. My daughter suggested visiting as she wanted to try a frozen mint choc chip drink. I had one of these as well and it was delicious. The staff were lovely and although the drinks were quite expensive (I'm old and tight) I would go back again as a treat

Called in for a quick coffee while out Sunday afternoon shopping, but I hesitated when I went in as it was looking very busy. However, the team were working quickly and efficiently, with the barista Alex making it look easy, and the que went down quickly. The coffee was excellent, and my fella had the gingerbread latte which he said was delish. It was clean and tidy and I'd happily go back.

Had an extra large hot chocolate with the works - was like a mini dessert

Great quality coffee especially during the festive period as they have xmas themed ones which are just delicious. I normally also order the iced versions as the caramel sauce is very nice. Also recommend the hot chocolate with marshmallows. Definitely worth ordering the grande for a few pennys more.

Costa was a busy hub of people chatting. The staff were efficient and polite. Everywhere was clean and tidy. I didn't see a lot of gluten free food. But what was there looked nice. There is a small area outside with two tables. A pleasant experience.
