Ipswich Grill House

Aurora (or A-Listers as it’s now known) isn’t normally my go-to venue as the service has historically been awful, however I joined a group of friends for a late lunch & today I received the best service I’ve received. The staff (shout out Georgia) were attentive, and topped up my friends’ bottomless drinks at regular intervals, food was fab and the DJ was great!! 🔥

We went there for Sunday brunch. Very clean place, nice setting, and food was delicious. Quantity was good, we were not hungry at the end of our meal. We have a plant-based diet, so went for their vegetarian (nut) roast, which was very tasty. All elements on the plate were well cooked, well presented, and flavourful.

Had an early dinner on a Friday and although there weren't many other diners (it was 5pm) it still has a lovely feel about it. Sat upstairs and and had fillet steak with sides, it was 10/10 on flavour and cooked perfectly (med-rare). The staff know how to look after customers, not intrusive but there when you need them, very polite and friendly and really good at their jobs!! The kitchen staff clearly take pride in their work and produce beautiful dishes, both taste and appearance. I would highly recommend a visit.

We had my daughter’s baby shower on 13 th January . Was AMAZING !!The staff so help full The manager Emma organised it with the help of Jessica who was on duty that day . The went over and beyond . The food was amazing . We had a two course lunch . Service was on point. The atmosphere was so relaxed and then the Dj turned up great music xxx ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best ever Roast Beef! Popped in for Sunday Road and have to say the food was amazing. The roast beef was so juicy and just melted in my mouth. The roast potatoes were perfect, and everything came out piping hot too. It was absolutely delicious, I’d recommend the mac cheesy ball starter. Service was excellent, everyone we spoke to was super attentive and friendly. We arrived at 1.30 pm for lunch and ended up staying till 6 pm to watch the football. We’ll be back soon, great atmosphere, amazing food and a fantastic place to watch the footy.

Excellent for everyone, this is probably the best place in town if you are disabled or struggle to walk, access to everywhere,plenty of room inside and out. There is a lift so you can go to the veranda, the staff as usual were very friendly didn't try food but looked lovely. Spotless and there are even blankets outside if a breeze comes down the river.
