Dunkin'

If i could give 0 stars i would. They repeatedly close for no reason and today they accepted my on the go order and took my money and when i got there the door is locked with a sign saying they're closed. Now i have to fight with the corporation to get my money back while this location profits off of my unfulfilled order.

$4 coffee, $4+ bagel bec, $1.50 for a coffee roll. It's dunks, so it's pretty standard faire. The location was walk in only, and not busy (two people in line, and one person waiting for their food with me), but took 14 minutes from order to pickup; that just seems like they're suffering from the same understaffing as everywhere else, but the prices don't seem low and the service was extremely slow, so the ownership at this location really needs to pay their people more so they can get more staff to properly support their customer base.

The employees here are by far some of the best that I have ever dealt with. Even when busy and earlier than i wanted to be up, they were great! And i always order extra little things/change my order, they were the only people to get it alll correct.... and went above and beyond actually! (It would be easier to understand if u knew what i always order xtra of on top of all my drinks that no one seems to understand)... but i like this place a lot! Fresh also!!!

2 of your staff one male one female both very young went out of their way to make suggestions on a spin of a coffee blend. And we're more than happy to make the drink and transaction. Superior teamwork. They weren't busy at all and when one of them could have walked away to take a break nope customer service was their TOP PRIORITY. They so made up for not having drive thru. Such a friendly atmosphere I wish I had brought my reading book

Absolutely abhorrent. I pre-ordered a drink online so that I did not have to wait in the store (quarantine). When I get here the machine was broken and they COULD NOT refund me. All I was given was a consolation bagel. Further, I come another day for a breakfast sandwich and they are OUT of eggs. In conclusion this breakfast place could not give me a drink, a refund, or an egg sandwich. I call headquarters and they couldn’t even refund me. ABHORRENT Edit: many reviews of this place were fake. One was just a story about a wolf. I reported them all. I hope their rating falls to zero as it deserves
