Came because of the reviews and was not disappointed.
This is a simple take away. Nothing fancy here. We sat on the little balcony next to the shop, and there was a lovely breeze.
We had the big breakfast and could not finish it, but it was delicious. Great service, super cheap prices, and friendly staff. Highly recommend! 😄

After an initial issue on my first order, I was contacted by management who were kind and understanding and offered a way to fix the initial problem.

I think they have a new owner. Just got some today. The new owner / workers seem lovely. Down to earth.
The chips are always hot and I love how they’re not stingy with the chicken salt. And they sell sauce.

Absolutely terrible. Probably the worst burger and chips I’ve ever tasted. I mean there’s bad, and then there was what I was given. 🤢
Burger bun was soggy, meat patty was tiny and had no flavour, chips were soggy, barely cooked and there was no sign of the chicken salt we ordered. I wasn’t given a drink when I ordered and paid for one (or at least told to take one myself). Go across the road to brassall takeAway. Much nicer, fresher food at cheaper prices every single time there.

First time been here and it will be the last time. Ordered seafood basket, a rissoles and gravy roll and chips. Meant to have chicken salt, there was no salt at all. Seafood and chips were overcooked. The rissoles looked and tasted like cut up meat. I've been to the Brassall Take Away across the road and I'd rather the extra 10 minutes for a nicer and cheaper meal.

We're to start... customer service was dismal! We got home to find the chips under cooked but burnt at the same time 🤷🏻♀️ there was a reason the calamari was a give away 😏 saturated in that much oil the crumb was falling off and I didn't realise that a piece of fish could be tough... it was like fish jerky 🤢
