Who doesn't love a drive through?
The service is pretty quick. Drinks aren't always consistent, just depends who's making them.
The drive through can fit maybe 4 cars so not very big. You still have the option of click and collect which is a great service, however, they have moved the collect area right to the other end of the shop meaning you either have to fight your way through the queue or weave through all the people that are seated, which is a bit less convenient

Stopped in at this Costa after a hard 30 minutes shopping at B&Q, and its good!
Staff were really friendly, drinks arrived really quickly and the ambience is quite relaxing. A lot of cafes feel cramped and are noisy. This place is really light, there are huge floor to ceiling windows, it has recently been refurbished and it quite relaxing. Noise levels are low and I left here feeling refreshed.

Great customer service. The dark haired lady (apologies i didnt catch her name) heated up ready my mince pie order some ten mins after my initial order once I had finished a tuna melt.
