Chipotle Mexican Grill

Update: they seemed to have made some changes here due to all the negative reviews. They give normal amount now it seems. I won’t hold a grudge. Review changed to 5 stars from 1. I heard plenty of people asking for a lil more and saw them kindly approving requests. I always love chipotle but this in particular location always gives the smallest amount of food. Maybe because it’s right next to UCI but the bowls are small and scoops are very light. I went two different occasions just to make sure and it’s ridiculous the amount of food they give. I recommend finding another location to go to or eat something else in this plaza. Very disappointed ☹️.. if you mention the scoop was small they want to charge extra for more. Not very good customer service either. Although I did get a nice bit of cheese on top. That was the only good thing here.

one of my preferred fast-casual eateries. The adaptable options, natural ingredients, and potent flavors are my favorites. It doesn't matter if it's a salad, bowl, or burrito, the quality and flavor are always satisfying. It is a dependable option for a speedy and delectable meal due to the effective service and tidy environment.

Pretty good store. It gets crowded very easily (especially during the evenings) which makes it difficult for people with wheelchairs to access the store in a comfortable manner. Food is very good. Each time I order (always online through the Chipotle app) I get very large servings; I usually have to spread out one entree over two meals or so. Sometimes they mess up orders, or people take pickup bags that aren't theirs, but the staff is very good at helping out. They remake your order if someone has stolen yours or if you received the wrong order. The workers seem to be very busy so I understand if they mess things up sometimes. The last time I went, there was only one person on the pickup conveyor fulfilling online orders. Overall a pretty good store.
