We only came here for a drink while we waited for the for the ferry, it was really lovely. Then we left my daughter’s coat behind! When I rang to see if they would help us out the manager kindly offered to post it for us, and did it the very same day I rang. Service that went above and beyond! Thankyou!

We stayed two nights in The Fishbourne Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good selection of teas, coffee and lovely biscuits which is a nice touch. We really enjoyed breakfast, had a lovely evening meal and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely stay and we would definitely come back.

The places on this island are beautiful for mooring boats. However, what the maps show where you can moor are not true. The tide is bigger and big waves with passing large ships push small sailboats to the shore.

Truly beautiful pub, went with Wife and 2 year old, twice in 3 days. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was really really good, even when on the first visit we went very basic. Would definitely go again when next in IOW. Also really useful being so close to the Wightlink.

Brilliant food with a great view. Affordable prices and lovely staff. Have visited multiple times before and will do again. A good place to dine before your ferry too! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Me and my work colleague came here on a whim because we were early for our ferry. For the quality of food I cannot grumble at the prices, quite reasonable for what you get. Lovely staff, very helpful, table service and great food, what more can you ask for? Considering the food is made fresh to order, there wasn't a long wait at all. Overall very impressed. My colleague being a trained chef was extremely happy with everything, and that is a rough task. I will definitely be back.

Food was nice. But not only had to ask for a menu for the meal but then had to ask for a dessert menu. Upon asking for said menus I had blank stares from the waitress. It's not too much to expect to be offered a menu when you're paying £20 a head. Retraining required.

Food is good.. but one of the members of the staff was a little bit rude. We went 26 people and nearly to the closing of the kitchen so we and they were rushing. That is fair enough. But when u ask for water one of the staff mentioned to my daughter that I'm busy at the moment and passed it to another lady...she was good and patient...we can understand when a restaurant or pub gets customers all together it is a bit of a hassle . They should be able to cope with busyness.

What a great little pub. The setting is lovely, the atmosphere is nice, the service is very good and the food is also great. The pizzas were a little undercooked, but other than that, the food was spot on. The Risotto was amazing! With plenty of parking, plenty of tables and a well kept venue inside and out, I would fully recommend visiting The Fishbourne for a meal with your family - we will be back again before our holiday ends.
