Have seen one show here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Have had lunch twice in the cafe. Nice food whether it's a snack or a bit more substantial. Staff are very friendly and the location on the river is great to people watch. Brickwork inside the cafe is very beautiful.

I have hired and worked with the Quay Arts many times over the years. They are always helpful and supportive, with great spaces and resources. Recently they hosted my father in laws wake, and they did a fantastic job setting up the room for us, the food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed their time there and felt welcome. Thank you all!

Found ourselves in Newport at 4pm wanting tea and cake, and were very pleased to find the cafe open. Prompt service and an excellent range of drinks and cakes on offer. Large relaxed environment with free WiFi too. Lots of interesting art products available in the shop ranging from cards to pictures and a whole vast range of other artworks too.

Wonderful front of house team at the cafe. Wad very helpful. Good disabled toilet available. The food portion was quite generous and very tasty and well presented. The price is very reasonable with good views if you choose to eat outside.

We had our wedding here in April and it was amazing! Both Del and Shannon were amazing, as were all the staff on the day. The place was transformed, using the old style open brick work, really gave a lovely feel to the place. All of our guests said how wonderful it was and that the venue was ideal location for us. Would highly recommend this as a wedding venue.

We chose Quay Arts as our wedding venue this Summer and it was absolutely everything we dreamed of and more. The staff were incredible, helping the day run smoothly so we could enjoy our big day together stress free. Del was great every step of the way, letting us know that we were free to have the day run just the way we wanted, and communicated with the vendors which made planning the wedding very easy on our side. The food was amazing and we had many compliments from our guests who had enjoyed both the meal and the buffet in the evening. Overall, just a wonderful experience for us and we're both so thankful to the whole team for making sure the day was special.
