We booked in advance and ate here tonight. We are regular visitors and have always had a lovely evening with this establishment. The food this evening was particularly scrumptious and the service, as ever quick, friendly and really lovely. The steak was cooked to perfection and the smothered chicken was so tender and juicy you could cut it with a fork. The gin was lovely too 😋. The servers were so lovely. We will be back. Thank you to Stacey, Vicky and Dave and the chefs for a lovely dinner time.

As usual fantastic service, quick, efficient, & great quality. Team here are just brilliant and it makes it. Good priced food & great offers on cocktails. Great for kids, and all on one level. Very clean, very tidy & great value for money. Always recommend booking as they always seem to be so busy. Great loyalty scheme too.

Our first visit to Sandon Cliffs Cookhouse & Pub exceeded our expectations. Although our tradition of indulging in a mixed grill after cycling adventures usually takes us to different places, this time, it led us here. The mixed grill was a true feast for the senses, featuring a combination of flame-grilled flavors and a satisfying portion size. We added all of the trimmings, including pineapple, peppercorn sauce, and coleslaw, which enhanced the overall dining experience. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and recommending cocktails. The 2-for-£10 cocktail deal was a pleasant surprise and added to the evening's enjoyment. Sandon Cliffs Cookhouse & Pub provided not just a meal but an exceptional dining experience. The delicious food and friendly service made our visit truly memorable. Fabulous 3 days there. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely views and the location couldn’t be better. Great restaurant with plenty of freshly cooked food for breakfast. Kevin, the chef is amazing. Colin, the manager and his colleagues are so hard working too. Reception staff are friendly, in fact everyone working there was so polite! 😊

Me and my partner came here for a last minute mini date and could not have asked for anything more. Great atmosphere and Robyn our waitress was so kind. The manager Colin and the whole team are amazing. Food was delicious I had the Thai curry and my boyfriend had the chicken and ribs combo, both of which were good choices if we do say so ourselves 😂. Will definitely be coming back

As a Tour Coach Driver I would normally have breakfast in the Hotel but given they don't serve it until nearly lunch time this place was a life saver, really nice buffet breakfast at the right price but sadly there was no orange juice available and this quote was quality she said "we have been told that we can go and get some locally but I don't drive and he doesn't have a car" I'm guessing a taxi didn't figure in the thought process

No problem catering for unusual allergies and excellent meat free options. Staff clearly cared about allergy issues. Comprehensive allergy folder. Special thanks to Victoria who put me at ease. I dread eating out because of dietary requirements but this restaurant put me at ease and the first time I have ever had the pre-supplied cutlery changed for a fresh set for allergy reasons. This visit has restored my ability to go out to eat and I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Seemed a great team spirit. At the end of the evening the manager was setting breakfast tables and wiping down along with staff. Good to see tables still being sanitised after use, too many places are forgetting this now. Other establishments could learn an awful lot from the customer service here.
