Sainers is the best place in Newport for many things but namely (the reason for this visit) theyre range of gluten free quiches! Me and my wife often have quiche as a cheeky treat cheat meal, and though I am not gluten intolerant, my wife is and the only other supermarket we've found on the island is tescos over in ryde.

Had a great visit tonight to Sainsbury's Newport on IOW.
Ross could not have been more helpful, professional and courteous. What a great credit he is to Sainsbury's, he gave us assurance on the car park time and help with an item that we quired the price of, just a first class shopping experience, thank you again Ross👌🏻✨
Oh also trolley man was so helpful and fetched me some blue roll to sanitise the trolley handle...thank you to him too 👌🏻✨

Great supper market. Has lots of parking including accessible parking. Has a cafe upstairs with lots of seating. The supermarket is clean and well lit. The day we’ve visited the supermarket the lift was out of order which can happen but the annoying thing was the lift was left open and made a horrid high pitched noise which wasn’t great while sitting in the cafe. But usually isn’t like this.

Only negative is the 90 minute parking time not being enough if your disabled and want to shop and have a meal in the cafe.

My husband, mother in law and son (who hates shopping) were bowled over by this amazing store. Everything from the space age tramline style car park to the amazing selection of downright everything blew our minds. Jam Shed by the box!! We're not going anywhere else on the isle of wight. Our holiday is complete. (Oh and lovely bathmats).

Big store with large parking space. Nice and convinient atmosphere and shopping experience. But the products are bit more expensive than compared to the other superstores.
