Sweet Charlie’s Cafe And Bouquets

I was so impressed when I visited for the first time last week with my little girl and her best friend. It has to be the most friendly cafe in Newport! Charlie greeted us and immediately settled us into a table, with crayons and colouring appearing as if by magic! The girls loved the soft play and 'build a snowman' pancakes. And I loved the 5 mins peace and a lovely cup of coffee. All the staff were so helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back - an absolute gem for families.

We had the chocolate tapas for 2 deal on The price is Wight. Easy to book experience and great price. My son and I had a wonderful time savouring the delights of the Chocolate tapas. Waffles, shortbread, strawberries, bananas, chocolate brownie bites +++ with 2 pots of dipping chocolate. We both ordered Biscoff milkshakes to go with it. Delicious food and drinks with excellent service from friendly staff. We loved it so much that we've ordered another deal. This place is likely to become a regular with us. I highly recommend both the experience and Sweet Charlie's itself.

Really nice spacious shop. The prices are very reasonable and you can fully customise your waffle or crepe. Staff were very nice and the food came very quickly. Only thing I'd say is to put a sign that says "please take a seat and order at the till" or have the staff say that upon arrival. All in all we enjoyed this place and it really stands out in newport when walking by.
