Amazing food: amazing service; amazing everything! I cannot stress enough how delicious the food was here. The staff were so friendly and gave me advice about how to eat the giant crab! My husband had the crab tacos and they were the best tacos he has ever had. If you come to Jersey come for food here. The ethos is amazing too! We will be back to try the other food on the menu
Part of a chain of restaurants on Jersey. Less crab options than you might think!! but a good selection of sea food, in a relaxed 'diner' style, with local beer and friendly service.
Really enjoyed the whole crab. Sitting with my 6 friends at the high table made the experience even better. Good picpoul wine to go with seafood. Really enjoyed our evening!
Excellent food at this great restaurant. Had chilli squid for starter, crab linguine for main and a sundae for desert. Very quick service, friendly staff and a great location close to lots of bars in the town centre.
The Jersey Crab Shack only opened its doors the other day to which we were amongst the 1st customers, and what a great place to eat. Specialising in fresh sea food we weren't disappointed at all. The staff were friendly, very engaging and done all they could to help and make sure we were happy.
The food choice was excellent, covering a broad taste as well as catering for the young. The quality of food was outstanding and wasn't overpriced either.
We came away so satisfied we decided to eat their again the following day, feeling we would like a meal to remember before we were to travel back to England the day after.
Without a doubt I would highly recommend this restaurant and will most definitely return again in the coming months.

lovely food staff very friendly and helpful they even have a different menu for any allergies, you have the choice of ordering & paying by app or waitress service , they don't accept tips as it's against their policy - the crab tacos were lovely
Excellent service! A wee bit pricey but quite divine. The Banoffee meringue tart was out of this world!
Super food, great service and the Pale Ale was pretty good too. Recommend reservation ahead of time though. Fabulous.
I had a gift voucher for JP Morgan and had never been to Crab Shack before. Knowing it was owned by the same group as Banjos I was a little nervous that it may be a bit too fancy and traditional for my daughter. I needn't have worried! Servers were super warm and welcoming from the moment we entered and really made an effort to engage and interact with my daughter which made her feel special and allowed us both to relax and enjoy the meal out. Virgin cocktails were fab and so was the food. Fully recommend!
A very quiet night but we had a lovely meal. Staff very friendly and welcoming. No tips are added or encouraged as the living wage is paid.
