Very tasty, exactly what I was in the mood for! Staff helped me save money when I made upgrades to my drink: "I'll charge you for x drink and substitute blackberries for blueberries. It's the same drink that way but saves you a dollar. Order it that way next time." Very kind, love that! Definitely coming back

This is about my second time at this location and I am very satisfied and pleased with the customer service! The store is so clean and Molly is super awesome and makes it worthwhile coming to this location!! And the smoothies are always on point!!

Always super fast and super courteous! The staff here keep the storefront clean and tidy. The smoothies are made perfect with the right amount of blend time. The staff even know the menu pretty well with some items not on the menu. Feel free to ask what they recommend, you will love em! Thank you!

5 months ago. Gloves always worn. Smoothies are excellent but expensive as a decent meal. Fresh ingredients. Removing a star for the glares as you select tip amount on iPad point of sale service. I know they have to wait for you to finish it just seems pressured and obligatory with already high prices. It'd be better if they did something else since they don't hand you the smoothie once transaction clears anyway. Not a big deal and I'm not complaining. Great service and everything.

Of all the years I've went to emerald City smoothie after buying large 15 times in a row I would get a free large smoothie. And that's how it's been for years until today.
So today the person that's making the smoothies says that I can get a dollar off if I use those 15 points for a large smoothie. All I ever get is a large smoothie and that's all I've ever gotten ever since I've shopped at this store as well. So why would I want to get a dollar off a large smoothie for 15 points when that's all I ever buy is a large to get those points. I'm never shopping at any emerald City smoothie ever again you lost a long time customer today. I had 15 points on the card and then two more points before I bent it up and threw it in the garbage because of what just occurred.
