My mother and I have been ordering from this restaurant for over 15-20 years and have always loved the food and the friendly service, however upon ordering the usual for my mother and I, I was appalled with what we received... i firstly noticed that the chicken Tikka masala was extremely runny and lacking in its usual colour... upon serving and eating my meal I was completely underwhelmed and in shock... not only was the dish runny but it was very strong with coconut more like a korma and that was as far as it went with the flavour, they also lacked in the amount of meat they usually give and my mother agreed and had the same issue with her madras. I was in such shock that I called the shop to speak with the manager... i intended not for a refund but to express how unsatisfied I was in the hopes that the food improves moving forward. However, the phone was answered by man whom we had not spoken to before and was met with a patronizing and arrogant tone and was told that we was unable to help and that 'they haven't had people complaining about the points I raised before'. They did note however that they had a new chef... I can honestly say that as of today, we will no longer be ordering from this resturaunt.

Ordered over the phone cause the website didn't allow me to. Provided even the numbers of the meals on the menu, so to not get it wrong. Yet, received chicken curry instead of prawns. (that means -no dinner- for a pescatarian) and the garlic naan was plain, not garlic at all. When I called to inform them about the mistakes they arrogantly said that the order was right, and if I wanted I could have placed another order. Hugely disappointing experience. This is what I call very bad customer service.

Ordered from here last night was my sons birthday so made a big order. Food was brilliant and they got everything we ordered correct. Been here a few times now, staff are really lovely and friendly. A man came in while we were there who was hungry but had no money, the owner gave him food for nothing was so lovely to see. will definitely be going back.

Taste, and aroma, Genuine, and Nourishing. correct choice bread Patron not wrong but happiness. Last winter my presence London Town where most attention paid their election.
