Unhappy stressed staff. Big queues. Poor quality, badly made, weak lukewarm coffee. Worst Costa ever visited. Place was dirty too.
Had a lovely sandwich and cake each with my family. We were served by Sue who was lovely! Will be happy to visit this place again anytime.
Great to have dogs welcomed into the cafe. Meant we could sit in with our two instead of trying to find somewhere to sit outdoors.
Lovely place, staff were lovely and friendly, coffee was great, highly recommended this Costas to everyone thank you Kevin
Staff were amazing it was very busy and only 2 staff on they were very polite apologies for the wait never got flustered an absolute credit
Quick service, plenty of seating. Nice place to stop to get out of the rain while in Keswick
