I thought the fish was amazing! The batter was crispy and not drowned in oil! The fish was flakey and very soft! Chips were nice and fluffy, I also had a southern fried chicken wrap which was good too

Troy’s is a family favourite! We enjoy the food, which has always been fresh, piping hot, and served by the most friendly business owner. They’ve got a broad menu and cater for everybody (even Veggies). Thanks for the excellent service; we’ll be back again soon!

Troy’s chips are Vegan, and they range of Vegan options setting themselves apart from the majority of chip shops (that share the oil between the chip and fish fryers.
The staff are friendly.
Note - cash only and there is a cashpoint outside.

A superb, polite, professional and most important of all, *competent* take away, who don't have soggy chips dripping in oil and greasy doner meat that goes rigid in ten mins. Lean, beautiful food, and a HUGE range of food at that!

Plesently surprised by how nice their chips are. Will be returning for a burger as well, hopefully their food is as good as their chips across the board. If you're looking for good fish and chips, give them a try

Best fish and chips in Northamptonshire. So fresh like we are eating at beech . Their special sauces are so tasty. We tried every food on menu during few years, never got disappointed.Its always worth travelling from northampton for eating there. Definitely recommend it

Absolutely without a shadow of a doubt the best fish and chip shop in Kettering.
The level of service you receive from everyone in this shop is amazing. We ordered this evening and for the first time something was missed from the order. The manager came on the phone and apologised (and truly meant it), got the item to us in under 5 minutes and the staff member whom delivered the item was so apologetic.
For the first time in many years of ordering from various restaurants I felt a valued customer and I cannot recommend this enough to anyone.
Also hands down to the best fish that I've ever ordered!
