A tenner for a carvery on a Saturday. Good choice of veg. Good food & no shopping, cooking or washing up! Pre booking advised as busy at weekends.

Over from Australia for a visit, went here with family for a carvery as they always tell me it's good. They were not kidding it was excellent food and the way the staff dealt with my Dad and Aunty was amazing, couldn't fault these guys or their food 👍

Best carvery around. Always use the island pool for carverys and ive never been disappointed in what I've been served. Would highly recommend if you want a carvery not for anything else.

Best carvery I've had for ages. Beef was so tender it just feel apart. Excellent selection of veggies and all piping hot. No lumps in gravy. I will be returning.

Table of 8 . Lovely carvery. It was very busy which says it all. A nice portion of meat and great choice of veg plus pudding a great deal. Plus 8 drinks came to £135

First visit since the 1970's. It is set out nicely and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had the lunch baguettes. Food was served quickly and was tasty. Two of us had the beef the other two the turkey.

Lovely food, half price Monday was a nice surprise as it made it even better value for money. I must admit I was expecting poor quality for the half price prices but I was completely wrong!! Mixed grill for £10 was lovely, nice sausage, good meat and fresh home cooked chip shop style chips. Everyone left full, happy and impressed. Will definitely return for fish & chip Fridays if you serve chips like that!!

This place is a gem!! Staff are genuinely lovely and it's great when they offer you your regular table!! The gravy is the best by far!! Dairy free desserts and coffee available. In fact the cappuccino I had yesterday was far better than anywhere else. I also had a roast dinner take out for my husband.
