Love the new decor has really freshend up the place. Staff have new uniforms that look great. Everyone looked happy to be working there. We used the qr code to order, which was easy and very clear. Service was prompt and the food was lovely. We sat by the canal and the area was buzzing with lots of people enjoying the sunshine

Had a visit both today and yesterday. The food both days was absolutely excellent!! I've been a few times before but my visit today really stood out. I was informed that the chef responsible for our meals was Cooper, so a huge thank you for the quality meal! Highly recommended the burgers and roasts. We'll be sure to return soon

The food was exceptional, only issue was that we waited an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. The waiting girls were really lovely, very helpful and friendly. There was one quite unfortunate issue, unruly children, maybe it would be a policy you might like to adopt, to prohibit under 12 year old. All in all quite a pleasant experience once we were moved to a more quiet table.

Nipped in recently for a pint to get out the rain and was happily surprised. I've only been to Kidderminster a handful of times and in previous visits I have been very let down, I can safely say my recent visit was a massive improvement! I was served by a lovely young lady called Emma G, I ordered my drinks and was served extremely quickly. We had a short conversation where she was very polite and attentive, I noticed that some customers she was serving near me where being rude, but despite the treatment she remained calm and professional. I can't review the food as I only stopped in for some drinks, but no complaints there and I would have rated the atmosphere higher if the other customers weren't so loud and obnoxious to the staff. If all the waiters and waitresses are as helpful and polite as the lady who served me today I will 100% be back!

Stopped off here for a meal mid journey. Lovely smart pub with the canal at the side. Great location, play park and food. Staff were helpful and attentive, toilets were clean and garden outside seating perfect. Cute dog treat stand too with blankets available for dogs and their owners. Above and beyond.
