I haven't been in since it got refurbished. It was dated before. The girl was lovely, who serviced me. It was good.

Spotlessly clean takeaway/sit-in restaurant, with cheerful and friendly staff. Generous portions of well-cooked fish, chips and mushy peas and at reasonable prices. Overall, good value for money.

The food this time was not as good as its been in the past. We ate in the haggis was at best warm, fish was okay, chips were very good.

My second visit to the Wellbeck, first time was for take away and this afternoon with my other half for a fish tea. Great service and perfect fish and chips. Great value for money.

Ordered since came back throught Kilmarnock Eats, OMG how I've missed this restaurant, the food is amazing, the batters is so light and not greasy and the portion size is huge. WELCOME BACK
