My boyfriend ans I came to Royal Charter for our Valentines Day dinner. Service was prompt with some of the friendliest staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. The food was wonderful too, with my boyfriend having the mixed grill and myself the steak and ale pie. Thankyou to Eoyal Charter for making my first proper Valentines Day a day to remember.

Ultimate burger . Well the name says everything you need to know . Delicious.wife and daughter had curry and cheeseburgers all top class . Really full but had to try the Banoffee cheesecake . Didn’t disappoint . Would high recommend a visit

The pub had a great atmosphere and looked very nice. Unfortunately, I had limited drink options as John Smith's was unavailable. However, apart from that, I had a relaxed and enjoyable time at the pub, and there was an interesting history of Hull that added to the visit.

Just been to this pub for Tea . I’m an awkward person for eating best of times but I asked for a mixed grill but didn’t have the meat available . Alternatively they did it another way just to please me .They couldn’t have done anymore for me . The Bar staff was excellent and the pub is very cosy 👌👌. Recommend 100%

Had a lovely dinner here, the bar staff was very friendly, there is also a big outdoor space.
The food I had was good and came freshly prepared, shout-out to Gill on the bar who was very nice, will definitely be coming again soon

Super dog friendly pub! We took our cocker spaniel in for a couple of pints as we read on Google maps it was dog friendly and couldn’t of been made more welcome! ☺️🤗 We was brought water and toys for Louie and they also have a selection of dog treats in the bar area! Thank you so much, we will be back.
