We absolutely had to try fish and chips from the UK before traveling back to The Netherlands and Germany the next day.

The place was really nice and clean and it did not have a pungent fish smell that can be found in many chippies. Staff was lovely and held good conversation. The portion size was good in accordance with the price. The fish and chips were really good and fresh and had plenty of salt and vinegar no skimping out whatsoever. Absolutely recommend.

I went to get fish and chips for my grandma who was admitted in the hospital and the staff were so lovely and kind and went above and beyond for their customer service. It was lovely to see a halal fish and chip shop and the shop looked very clean and hygienic. As for the food, it was one of the best fish and chip shop I have been to! So lovely to see hijabis as well, I hope this business has an abundance of barakah x

We found them open on a Friday night when most other fish n chip shops were closed. The place was lovely and clean, the food was tasty and fresh and the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in us. We hope to visit again before we leave (the Aussies)

We stopped by on our way to meet a friend to have our first Pattie while in Hull! We’re from the US and we’re instructed we we’re not allowed to leave Hull without trying one.
This place was great, and the two ladies that took care of us before closing for the evening were very friendly. They made sure we got the vinegar, chip seasoning, and some garlic mayo for the full experience - really enjoyed it! We’re looking forward to coming back when we return to hull next year.
