Lovely place, tasty food and helpful staff. What else need I say? A small family gathering was booked at short notice (a Saturday evening so the restaurant was quite busy). Everyone enjoyed the food and company. I had calzone followed by a huge portion of tiramisu and thought both were very good. I didn't pay but the menu prices seemed quite reasonable. My only (really small) gripe is the place was a bit too warm, but I suppose that comes with the low ceilings and heavy duty ovens in the semi open kitchen. We'd definitely go back.

The food is always excellent here - really traditional, good quality Italian food. The staff are always super friendly too. Would highly recommend the white chocolate profiteroles for dessert!

My long standing favourite Italian restaurant in Hull. It has always been a great menu, great food, and great service/staff.
The gluten free pizzas here are 10/10. Chain restaurant GF pizzas don't come anywhere near.
The chocolate fudge cake is also a personal favourite on the dessert menu, and also GF!

Excellent food!! Big range of choices, We ordered pizza, personally in my opinion the best pizza I’ve had ever had in Hull!! Great staff, my partner also ordered a cocktail, he’s says it was very good and strong !! Definitely worth it, just better to book your table before coming in !!
