The shopping centre offers a wide ranging choice of high quality stores and some discount ones too. The food choices are varied, although we only had time to grab a Greggs. The main reason for our visit was business in town and a family shop in Tesco. Have usually parked in the ‘pay as you stay’ car park; but this time thought we would be able to take advantage of Tesco’s free 2 hour stay. Sadly we became delayed/ distracted and overstayed our welcome. It remains to be seen (nearly a week on) how much we will be charged for our misdemeanour (if at all, we can hope). Having spent a significant amount of time and funds in the store itself???? None of the signage details what happens if you exceed your welcome, apart from flashing red notices on the machine telling you you had overrun on the Parking Meter…… We just wanted to pay the difference and leave in peace 🤷‍♀️ It would have been far less stress had we used the other Car Park. Oh, and it was virtually empty when we left around 8pm

I am writing to express my heartfelt compliments regarding my recent visit to St Stephen's Shopping Centre in Hull. From the moment I stepped foot in the centre, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out to me and contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the centre. I also wanted to commend the variety and quality of the food vendors available. Each vendor offered a unique and delicious selection, but I must particularly highlight Real China. The food there was simply outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and truly a culinary delight. It was evident that a lot of care and attention to detail went into crafting such fantastic dishes. Overall, my time at St. Stephen's Shopping Centre was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of great facilities, friendly staff, and delicious food made for a memorable visit. Please extend my compliments to your team for their outstanding work in creating such a wonderful shopping destination. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Huge shopping centre with massive Tescos and even a Rolex. Note the toilets are closed after hours but you can use those in Tescos

Houses different retail stores, including a Tesco Extra. Clothing outlets, arts and crafts stores, network providers stores, cafes, perfume shops, an arcade centre, golf spot and restaurants are not left out. The centre also has its own toilets and parking spaces are nearby.

A small, modern shopping centre close to the transport hub of Hull Paragon Interchange (bus and train). There’s a Tesco superstore plus lots of the well known stores such as TKMaxx, River Island, New Look and Build-a-Bear. On the top floor there’s a really good choice of restaurants. On the ground floor there are public toilets and also some smaller, pop up style businesses. The carpark is beneath Tesco and reached via an entrance at the side of store; unfortunately this can mean that in Winter the shopping centre is very cold! A good place to visit if you want to shop across several well known brands without walking too far.

On a cold wet day, being able to walk about under cover and shop, visit the cinema or other entertainment venues is good. The travel interchange is next door so the centre is accessible by bus or train and if you take the car, parking is easy and cheap. The food court is great and the Real China offers a buffet, all you can eat at a great price and it is good quality.
