Wheelchair accessible, Only reason that I gave 3 stars for service was because I walked to the counter There were 3 staff members talking and they all looked at me, none of the staff served me and then a collection order came in from a delivery company they served him and the shouted for someone at the back to come and serve me 😂, simple thing to say to me was "we will be right with you" rather than me just standing waiting, thinking they where taking the biscuit

The drive thru lady - Tina, I think - is the most lovely enthusiastic person I’ve ever met. I always leave in a good mood once served by Tina, she makes it a joy! 🥰 the world needs more people like her. The food is always hot and tasty and they never forget utensils / sauces like most other KFC drive thrus, the wait time is never usually too long either.

I recently visited KFC mount pleasant and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavourful and the sides were equally delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive making for a great dining experience. I highly recommend KFC mount pleasant to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

It's not that often I go to KFCs really, aside from the one in town, but I must say working in hospitality, that this was a spectacular experience, service was good, greeted with a smile by a worker, who I couldnt resist asking their name (Kelvin), and he was incredibly friendly. The food was quick, and cheap but amazing for the price I paid, and despite being really close to a major road going through the city, it's actually a fairly quiet restaurant with a sufficient space to not feel cramped next to somebody, despite looking small from the outside. On that note, the inside of the restaurant was spotless, it's rare you go into fast food restaurants and the tables are so clean but I must say this was impressive, and hits the exact spot for the type of environment it's trying to be.
