L' Italiano Gourmet Pizza

Finally a fantastic, restaurant-esque Italian takeaway menu! I've now had 2 takeaways from them and both were great. I got the BBQ mix grill both times plus a pizza for later , she had a pasta meal both times. We are making these guys our monthly takeaway treat, we're too far away for delivery but they are worth the trip! Clean takeaway with stylish open plan kitchen too, staff have greeted us with smiles both times as well. Keep it up guys!

Absolutely unreal 😍 ordered a beef stroganoff with veg, calzone inferno, and cheesy chips. Stroganoff was absolutely incredible! Veg was fresh, calzone packed full of toppings, and cheesy chips to die for! All food came steaming hot and arrived within 40 minutes of putting the order in! Perfect service amazing food! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful food. This may be one of, if not the best Italian takeaways in Hull. Everything was so delicious and full of flavour. I ordered the Gamberoni Mediterrano with rice, my mum had the Beef Stroganoff with rustic fries and my dad ordered the Capri Steak. Everything was presented, seasoned and cooked to perfection. I ordered my daughter a margarita pizza and mentioned I'd like it without chilli or fresh basil (as I was worried it might be cut up or had to take off once the cheese had melted) and they listened to every note. I've already recommended to lots of friends. 😋

Food quality in the majority of the cases has been spectacular (ordering a couple of times a month for the last year) - by all means this is THE Italian place to order from in the area. However, please mind delivery times can be a bit hit and miss when ordering from Just Eat specifically - I'd recommend calling the take away directly to place the order - it should avoid most of the disappointment and the staff communicate well if there's any issues. Don't miss out on their amaretti cake - it's amazing.

After having some nightmare takeaways in Hull recently (some that were literally inedible) we decided to give L'italiano Gourmet a go having looked at 5 pages of great reviews... Wow. Pizzas? Amazing. Light yet full of flavour and tonnes of toppings. Only criticism is the lack of stuffed crust and the ability to add pepperoni to a create your own is disabled, other than that I'm amazed. Garlic sauce? The best I've had. Full of flavour, actually tastes of garlic. Burgers? Well I didn't order one myself but was given a bite by my other half and it was thick, juicy and so well presented. Huge portion size and the prices were good value. It's actually nice to see REAL lamb and REAL pork in a takeaway that you can tell isn't just cheap cuts or plant based rubbish. We even got a free bottle of wine and a nice note with the takeaway, great customer service as well as great food = win.
