Frangos

I took my family out to Frangos today for a meal and received brilliant customer services from Shabbu and Anika. Both were exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to meet myself and my families needs. This is the kind of customer service and family friendly environment that warrants praise. This kind of service is what builds loyalty and makes you want to go back as you know you will be well looked after. 10/10 for Shabbu and Anika for going well out of their way to ensure we had a lovely meal. Thank you.

We had such a great meal at Frangos today! All staff members were super kind and helpful, the food was excellent, the kitchen was sparkly clean and the atmosphere very cozy! All the tables and toilets were also very clean which really does make a difference! The quality and portions of the food made us so happy and we got a 15% off just by showing our valid Odeon tickets! We bought the Meal platter and the Wings platter, payed £37 for a whole fresh grilled chicken, 20 BBQ wings, 4 sides and unlimited soft drinks so we left fully satisfied and with a box full with leftovers for home! We wished we knew how great this place is sooner! We are definitely going back soon for some delicious juicy grilled chicken and the unlimited drinks! Highly recommended!

Been going here for over 10 years. The food is pretty much on point every time unlike some Nandos branches. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to any lovers of Nandos. They serve halal chicken here which is a bonus. Also the taste is different to Nandos, so it's definitely worth going here to try something a little different. The service is always great. They also do beef burgers now. They give student discounts and also you can use Tastecard from Monday-Thursday. They are actually really good value.

Go here all the time. It's pretty much the same as Nandos. The staff are always very friendly and service is very good. Food isn't expensive. Suitable for kids, they have colouring, high chairs and kids meal. They take bookings if you ring them. They offer student discounts and take the keep it in Kingston card. Always one of my go to places after visiting the cinema.

Staff were friendly enough, not too over enthusiastic and not too rude. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and watched people AFTER us get served same meals we ordered. Beware of the fizzy drinks!!! They are massively watered down and flat!! The food was actually worth the wait and well worth the price, dare I say, even better food than Nandos 😂 Would definitely go again!
