Our young daughter has allergies and the staff take this really seriously. Our Allergy Champion was really friendly and understanding while talking us through the menu. Only very slight downside is that the menu pricing now includes fries with your burger. Before, my wife and I would order our burgers and we would share fries and onion rings. With the new menu, you can't simply swap the fries for onion rings or pay the difference (they were suggesting to buy on top). Food still at a great standard though.

Visited on a very sunny afternoon. Outside was very busy but inside quiet although very evident that the poor staff were low on numbers. Despite this they really went out of their way to look after us, particularly my 16 month old daughter. They really made a fuss of her, playing with her, bringing her crayons and telling me not to worry if she was messy. Food was very good - never had an issue with quality at Byron. Children’s menu seemed good value and was promptly attacked by my daughter with gusto. Thanks to the staff for making my afternoon a little easier.

We had a lovely time here, the staff are super friendly, we took four children and we were helped effortlessly, even when the boy spilt his drink on the floor . Really appreciated the way we were looked after, even though the restaurant was rammed to the rafters with guests. The food was also great, the children's came out quickly. One small human error on their order but this was very professionally dealt with. Thank you Bryon burgers for a lovely lunch.
