A pub for beer lovers, great beers, good selection wines, lager, a pub for over 30s, great service n bar and food, plenty of seating areas, could be more comfy, high tables are not. Unusual menu, with British classics and twists

Visited the Druids Head on Sunday evening for a few drinks, and a chat with friends out in the garden. Staff are very welcoming, quick service and everything we needed for a chilled evening after a busy day. The garden is great, deceivingly big and plenty of places to sit to suit. Picked up a table number from the bar so could order on the app as needed, worked with no problems at all. Atmosphere inside was a little quiet, but it was a Sunday evening so understandable. We were going to order food, but did find the menu very limited. Not sure if it always is, but there were not many options that took our liking so didn't on this visit. Simple plain burger and chips, or a few other basic menu items would have been great. Toilets were a bit tired, and could do with a bit of a refresh where possible. Good evening overall, only 4* on this occasion due to not finding food options that suited us and the toilets needing a bit of attention. Will happily come back again!

We popped in for lunch during a shopping trip, grabbed a table, went to the bar got drinks, ordered food and had a good meal. We took our dogs with us and we were very well welcomed. The staff made a fuss of them, brought them a water bowl and made us feel very welcome. Reasonably priced, well cooked food served quickly and with friendly staff.

The Baja tacos are pretty legit. Pretty decent fish tacos for not being in San Diego. Good fry on the fish and cream was delish. If they substituted the lettuce for cabbage and used an actual pico de Gallo then it would be pretty authentic to a San Diego fish taco. Definitely coming back here again to get my taco fix as a Californian expat .

Always a great meeting place, with a nice garden space. I haven't been in the evening for a while, but it has a great atmosphere and lovely open working fireplace, during the winter.

Really lovely pub with a rich history. Drinks are always great and are reasonably priced because it’s owned by Greene King. Bar staff are always great. Garden is very cute and lovely in both summer and winter.

Great pub with lots of character inside... It's a grade 2 listed building and is the oldest surviving pub in Kingston It has a lovely atmosphere inside very welcoming... 2 for 1 on a pint of peroni (I think) really nice place to have a drink just off the market square

Had a lovely vegan fish and chips in here. The pub wasn't too crowded and a fiver for an IPA. Bar staff were friendly.

Nice range of beers some craft and comfy chairs in a big space. Tell me to remove this again, but given the owner of the Druid has the same name as my first cow in Sri Lanka (I'm serious - Declan!) I've now moved to 5 stars!

The Druids Head has got to be my favourite pub in Kingston! It has a nice cosy atmosphere - great to warm up on a winter's day. The food is excellent and the small plates are a great deal! For the ape drinkers there is often a great selection to try from. If you're looking for a laid back pub this is the one to visit!
