Great day at The Oak. Watched England v Panama in the garden, with a half time burger from the BBQ, followed by The Jammed live band and may of even had a bit of a boogie. Will definately be visiting again for live sports on the TV or band nights. Staff were all great too.

Music at The Oak on Sunday pm was great. Good atmosphere, Liza Marshall was fab, well worth leaving my (grey) shed for!

Great pub with reasonable prices, friendly staff and a great live music scene. Brilliant events on every week, a rarity these days. Also has nice Greek food at very reasonable prices.

A small unassuming pub from the outside but the have this great monthly big bad night that is just unique with 17 musicians doing jazz from all ages and having fun. Recommended to go.

Worked with 5Day Weekend (a local covers band) on their first gig back at The Oak in nearly 2 years, tonight, great crowd, great staff, a great local music venue.

Lovely pub to visit. My friend and I had an amazing time. Staff are super friendly and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this pub for families, couples, friends or whatever the event may be. The fresh flowers were lovely. It's really clean music just at the right level. And the beer on tap also amazing whatever you choose from larger to Guinness staff knew how to pour a pint or 2. I would highly recommend.

Very nice pints and friendly bar staff. What seemed to be, the only pub in the area showing sports. I visited midweek to watch the champions league football, it was quiet, just a few men at the bar.
