A spacious and cosy place, with beautiful interiors. We ordered an Emmental and Mushroom sandwich and a medium Hot Chocolate.
The medium size is massive but since two of us were sharing, it was enough (although a small size would be okay, too). The sandwich is the best Costa serves (as I haven't tried any other).

It is a great branch of Costa. There are other branches of Costa in Kingston too but, for the taste of coffee, I think this is probably the best one and they might want to consider sending their baristas to other branches for training purposes so that other branches can catch up :)
It is usually a cosy place too but occasionally they seem to turn on the air-conditioning a little too much given that the temperature outside is already low enough.
The staff members are all kind and friendly. There are plenty of seats both inside and outside. It is also quite fun to spend time in the seat outside as you can enjoy the view of the whole Bentall.
A flat white and a large latte are my personal favourite. If you want a generous amount of coffee/caffein, nothing beats a Costa large (latte/cappuccino) and a picture has been attached for this 😎
That said, I am currently not a great fan of decaf coffee at Costa as the taste does not seem to match that of the normal/caf coffee. I hope they improve on their decaf soon which will make it even better!
There are 2 in the Bentalls Center in Kingston, one in the basement, 1 on the second floor. Both are good, classical Costa vibe. I usually prefer the 2nd floor one with ample outdoor seating especially during the summers with all the crowded vibe. Costa’s bakery variety is never dying & my die for choice & the mouth watering tastes!! All my family is signed up for Costa but on the other note I find it a bit expensive comparatively. But I’d always come over for some quality time & quality food. Costa has my heart!!

It’s a nice small Costa coffee shop, with amazing fresh cakes, the staff are nice and welcoming.
The place is abit tight, and always busy, so you have to wait several minutes in queue before you get served, but definitely worth it 👌
This is the costa at the top of the Bentalls centre. Excellent coffee compared to the one on the ground floor. Open late Thursday. Rita deserves a mention for her customer service. I will come again definitely

We was served by Omar who was generally lovely took the time to note we had waited in a que for a while and even during the Christmas busy period ensured we was happy and gave us the best Costa experience after years of being loyal customers. Thank you Omar! Merry Christmas 🎄
Best chicken and bacon cheesy ever... the caramel frappe is off the charts good. Friendly staff and quick service. Really enjoying my lunch!
